Prob hunt 4 hunters , $10.00 per acre
1200 ac , no water no electric, mostly open with brush piles, bordering places are thick
Prob 3-4 hunter will fit, $10.00 per acre

2500 acres in archer city. No water.no elec, 75 % open with very large wheat fields , draws with tree lines, and mostly brush piles , this lease would be great for rifle hunters,
A lot of water on this place and it's next to Kickapoo lake

Open with brush piles at $10 an acre? That is $3 to $4k a gun for a big field with no utilities?? How has the hunting been in the past and why did the people leave?

bring the prices down, leases out that way I have even see going for 750 so 1000 to 1250 would be right in line

If I put my wife in a high fence will her rack get bigger?

it does seem that far out on price per acre it looks like he is just limiting the hunters way down usually u see 1200 acres with 8 to 10 hunters and sometimes even more. i know they have some good deer in that area not a lot of deer but usually the ones u see could be pretty big. but elect. would be a great bonus. just an opinion
