Need Four Hunters for Menard TX, 1600 acres. There will be Five hunters on this Lease and will have to feed protein. This is not a meat hunting lease. PM me your number and i will call you with more info. Thanks for Looking

Here is the info I got on the place. Maybe it will answer some of the other people's questions as well.
We feed year around but will look at the rain fall for the year in September, and the land owner will decide if we still need to. we have elec and water, but have to get the water frome a well on the property. there is a big shed to store things also. $2,100 a gun, and yes family and chuldren are allowed but have to hunt on your tag. 1 trophy 5 1/2 and older and cull bucks and does. first payment due in Feb and second due in Sept.
We have the feed store fill the feeders once a month for around $200.00 a month. for a 1000 lb free choice feeder
