Kelly, I've met you, you seem like a real decent guy. But this is the problem people have. When JJ says he cancelled a hunt to scout, then posts up pictures of 2 limits it rubs people the wrong way. It would have been better for business if he would have said I cancelled a hunt because of a lack of birds and then posted a pic of the birds on the water or something and said this is what we've got for them next time. Everyone knows that if you blast a hole, it usually needs to rest. For Christ sake at least keep the hunt on the down low. I know if I would have taken off work for a guided hunt to have the hunt cancelled and then the guide post up limits of his fun hunt I'd be pissed.

Dont worry JJ and kelly everyone knows how great of a service you guys run. Some people just have something shoved somewhere and can't do anything besides criticize. Just like cappy said on his post yesterday

Guys last warning, its his guiding business and clients... He can run it the way he wants. It's his choice not to take the chance of having to comp a client for a bad hunt vs His fun hunt, or use a gun vs binos to scout. It's his private land hole, and his choice to take clients there the next day or not. Again its his company and business practices
not yours so let it go.

I understand what kdub is saying but I would rather hear the truth than a guide who posts 1 time a week after 7 hunts and has a picture of a limit. It's their own company and they can run it however they like. They run an outfit, hunted one spot out of however many they have, found some birds and scouted. Why do ya'll care enough to be negative, if you have no better way to spend your time

I will be hunting with JJ this Saturday morning and Sunday morning. I dont know why people talk [censored] with out knowing his business. For all we know he may have 30 other spots. WE DONT KNOW!!! I have yet to hear a bad post of JJ or kent outdoors though.
Again i cannot speak with our being there first, (like alot of girls like to do on this forum). But i assure all the haters i will post exactly how my experience goes this weekend. Then we can settle this JJ trashing once and for all.

I went and had steak fingers on way to duck hunting one time. The gravy spilled on my floorboard splashing all over my shoe. It got so sticky my boot stuck go the accelerator.

I'm sure that if I was on the guide's calendar, and I got approval from my boss for a day off, and my guide called to tell me there were no birds . . . I'd be thankful that I didn't burn a vacation day to watch the sunrise.
