i live in rockwall and hunt as often as i can. i have lost a lot of ponds due to housing developments this year. so i have some left but was wandering if anyone would want to pair up and share ponds. we hunt yours then hunt mine kinda thing.

Wow - no idea there were so many Rockwall folks on here.... Ray Hubbard qualifies for a pond now.... and we were covered with geese and ducks….

True, too true... I usually hunt a "pond" to the east of here - type 2 land... with the water so low tracking the piggies is easier.. but that isn't much benefit...

not to swipe the thread but it might be fun to get some Rockwall folks together for trap / skeet after the season...

I could def shoot some skeet and lavon is horrible right now. But there are ducks being killed there. There are tons a birds on Hubbard but I don't think I'll mess with the core of engineers there. And when I go back to college I hunt public land there.

lotsa' ducks on Lake Lavon....in the no hunting zones..lol....plenty up over caddo park if you like walking...wheww....

No kiddin...7-8 minutes from my door. Crappie are gettin it this year but man that would be sweet to hunt!

I'm sticking with my lease this year but I gotta explore Tawakoni...last year was my first year in TX...
