Not sure what its called but its the pad about 1/4 of the way up the leg I guess the same as a thumb for you and me... anyway we were playing frisbee yesterday and when we got home I noticed some blood on the kitchen floor come to find out she had ripped it about 3/4 of the way off, I cleaned the wound and put neosporin on it.

anything else I should consider? she dosent seem to be in any pain would it be ok to hunt her this weekend or should we take a week off?

I would think infection is the biggest fear with that injury. Especially from the mud and gunk from hunting.

Your dog needs to be out of the game until that closes. You might consider putting a stitch or two in it. Or having the vet do it. Infection is the biggest problem. If she was cut somewhere else and you noticed it later, bacteria is in there already. Whether it gets infected or not who knows but who wants to chance it. Antibiotics are in line here. JMHO!

Hunting is absolutely out. You need to get it stitched up IMO, and get a cycle of antibiotics. No two ways about it. You wouldn't let your kid bleed and think, "they'll probably just heal up" would you?
