I did a thread like this a couple years ago and it was interesting to see what some of the responses were. A couple of the things that I really wanted actually made it to market, one of which being the SP101 in .22 LR.

Something I would really like to see now is a mid frame Glock (19/23) chambered in .45 ACP.

I would also like to see an M14 designed with an integral optic mount like the Ruger system, or for that matter for Ruger to roll out a Mini (Maxi?) in .308, preferably priced like they ought to be instead of like they're match rifles.

What are some of y'alls wants?

That Marlin would make stainless steel 16.25 inch barrel stainless a standard configuration of the 1894 instead if a limited run on occasion.

A 25 cal rimfire that could push a 55 to 60 grain bullet at close to 2000 fps.

You can get real close with a .260 Rem

I wish they made left handed firearms more available.

The Glock 30, is nearly identical in size to the 19 and is 45. Its what I carry.

You showed me your 30 last time we hunted. I wish they would come up with something in between the 30 and the 21. The 36 just makes no sense to me at all...

I was about to say, isn't the 7mm-08 exactly that?

I wish they made a good, reliable semi automatic 22mag and threaded from the factory. I know ruger put out one years ago and was told they had issues. And volquartsen makes one but they're way too pricey.

2nd that.....and give us a better selection of calibers instead of what THEY think you should have!!!

I agree bud. The 36 is strange to me too. I wish they made a real midsize too. I like the mag commonality I have with my 21 and 30, with 21 mag in, its kinda a mid size, LOL.

There is a wildcat available for that. With it being so close to the 260 at .264 inches and the 7mm-08 at .284 inches the .277 diameter bullet is IMO too close for a large manufacture to standardize it. Much like the 25 Souper (.257 diameter) is onlu .007 less than the 260's diameter.

But hey the way the ammo companie keep bringing out new cartridges that basically duplicate something already available, why not

I wish Glock would build a single stack, 9x19 with a thinner slide and frame.

I wish more choices were available in 7.62X39 bolt guns. I love the CZ but they're too high.

I wish more bargain bolt guns such as the Stevens from Academy were chambered in .308. They always are 7mm08 or .243 it seems.

I wish ACOGs were less than $200.

I wish Marlin still built lever guns without that dumbarse safety.

I wish CZ would fix that ugly protruding magazine from their 527 line and offer a faster than 1-12" barrel twist (both the M1 and 527).

My other request would be for CZ also. A 527 in 6.5 Grendel would be a good addition.

I still wish Marlin would do a lever gun in 500S&W. I know there are some guys out there making custom lever 500's but I need one I can afford.

I've said that many times at the fire station when we're talking guns. That round is a beast out of a 6" barrel. I can only imagine what it'll do out of an 18". Here piggy piggy piggy, the big bad wolf is at the door!

Couldn't agree more, also would like Marlin to rerelease the lever gun in .41 Rem mag.

I WANT an AR10/308 platform 18" carbine that would also take a .223 cal upper with a drop in from the top while upper/lower is split magazine spacer for 223 mags...

It would be like cake and pie in the same plate, just switch forks and enjoy either!
