The beaches in Englewood Florida are filled with shark teeth like that. When we were kids we would go there to visit my grandmother and just looking down in the sand at the waterline you would pick these up by the handful. Beach is still like that, you can pick up a lot each day.

If you live near Midlothian, there are a couple of cement quarries there that used to allow you to go on weekends and look through the diggings and go into the pits. The two layers you are looking for are the Austin Chalk and Eagle Ford. The EF layer is the layer that comprises sediments from an ancient shallow sea. I've never found much in the Austin Chalk, but it is a good indicator to tell you that you are at the proper level. You can find, literally, millions of them. The North Texas Paleological Society put out a book 15-20yrs ago that will tell you in detail the type and size of the sharks these teeth belonged to. Hydrogen pyroxide, dental pick and a stiff toothbrush will clean the matrix off of them. We've even found pyrite crystal clusters the size of baseballs and softballs out there.
