Thanks everybody, I'm pretty happy about it.

My friend/butcher simmered it in a pot of water for a few hours 2 different times and got it pretty clean before he gave it to me. I then degreased it in water with dawn soap and I changed the water every day for 6 days using hot water every time. I think I'll degrease with a chemical next time. The joints in the skull loosened up a little so we super glued them back together. I then made a paste with Salon Care Volume 40 cream peroxide and Salon Care Quick White and brushed it on with a paint brush being real careful not to get it on the antlers. I wrapped the antler bases with foil before hand. Left the paste on there for 2 days and then washed it off. My brother and I designed and made the plaque.
