Cajun seasoned and smoked brisket,Brauts withs onions and peppers, Sourcream and cheese potatoes (hasbrowns), Mixed greens with smoked turkey leg, home made rolls, Mom's famous shrimp dip, Queso dip, homemade fresh salsa, and Xmas goodies.

The day starts with homemade breakfast pizza using the sausage we make and the bacon from a buddy's hog, eggs, potatoes, gravy and cheese. Throw in a Bloody Mary and all is right with the world!!!

I didn't get this big eating bad food!!!!

No really, I didn't. The whole family now expects we to lay out the spread for all holidays now. I have to raise the bar for T-day, xmas, easter, ground hog day, national corn day ect.... You get the picture. I wouldn't have it any other way though.
