I am about to purchase a night vision scope for my AR-15 and would like to keep it $1500. Any feedback, suggestions, and recommendations would be appreciated.

We have two of the ATN PS-22CGT's and they work great! They run about 1800.00, but you can buy the basic PS-22 for about 1500.00. I don't recommend a night vision only scope unless you will NEVER use the gun in the daylight.
We put them on AR's and traditional scopes on both .270 and 7mm Rem Mag and such without any issues. Our hunters request them so much that we are ordering two more.
If you have a feeder light, you have no issues on dark nights. The scope attachement comes with a IR light, but it only provides light out to about 60 yards. You can use a white light with a red lens and can easily get unbelieveable scope images past 100 yards for shots that you would have otherwise not even seen.
If you would like to try one, you can book a hunt and get a rental for $100.00 a night. I have LOTS of guys that swear by the scope. They are a little reluctant at first as it seems that it might make hunting more difficult, but just the opposite. It makes it so much easier.
If you would like to know more, please email me.

Just another option.... Not gonna lie I've got my eye on the PS-22
