I shot a badger opening weekend. I was under the impression, at the time, that badgers were rare in Texas. Then, Thanksgiving weekend, I saw another one, under my feeder eating corn. No sooner than I could pull up my binos, I saw two Mule Deer does approach and scare it off. Neat critters. I can't wait to get mine back from the taxi.
