I have 7 canal coastal water front lots for sale located in Port Alto Texas. These lots are on the water in Carancua bay located between Palacious and Port Lavaca Texas. I am asking $25K per lot, all lots have water, sewer and electrical services available. These lots are 2 ½ hours from San Antonio and Austin and under 2 hours from downtown Houston. The tax value of these lots ranges from $29K – over $40K per lot. These lots are all out of all flood zones.

There is a hoa no trailer homes you can have a RV if you have a dwelling or intend on building a home or cabin. If you don't have a dwelling yet you can keep it there during construction on for the first two years or so as long as it not perminant. Minimum size cabin or house is 900 sq feet.
