Sniped me off a dumb coyote this morning! Was riding thru my land and drove up on this dog sittin 40 yards away. Had my crossbow in the passenger seat not cocked back, so I tried to load the thing in the truck...didn't work out so well  lol he got up and jogged off! I jumped out the truck loaded my crossbow and tossed my foxpro on the cab. 30 seconds later he popped back out circling the truck. Picked him off at between 40 to 50 yards with Rage 125 grain Easton FMJ bolt! Almost severed his backbone into!

What kind of cross bow did you use? The one I have is pretty old and does not group well after about 30 yards.
If you keep your hair short and your mouth shut, things tend to run a lot smoother.

It's a Barnett Buck Commander. I can put arrows in a three inch circle at 50 yards with it. Very accurate!!

The Ghost 400 is a little faster but more expensive. I'd take a look at it as well if I was you!

Yeah I'm kinda wishin I would have went with the Ghost...but didn't look into it too much before I bought the buck commander model, it's still a dang good crossbow don't get me wrong!
