Im offering a buck hunt and will let u hunt the last 2 weekend in December or less if u shoot something sooner.. I have a 4 or 5 shooters coming in quite often.. They should be around the 110-120 score range.. Now I do have a couple big bucks in the 125-135 range or bigger.. Those will be a little more I u take one of those but don't see them much.. This is not a hunt just to shoot the first little buck u see.. I'm in a AR county so I'm wanting a management minded person.. Im trying to only harvest 2 bucks off the property a year.. Me and I'm going to offer one hunt each year to cover cost of chores around the lease..

For a basic shooter buck it'll be $750

For one of my bigger deer 125-135 or bigger it'll be $1000..

I can text pics of the deer I harvested thanksgiving day and then recent game cam pics..

If u hunt the last 2 weekends u will get a shot..

There are alot of deer but it's low fence so u have to hunt not a 20 deer at feeder lease..

It's in Navarro county..

Small piece of property but managed well in the area..

Just so I understand. If you don't shoot the first little buck that you see and you hold out for 110" to 120" shooter buck it is 750.00. If you don't shoot either little buck is there a fee?

He doesn't want you to shoot an little buck. It's an AR county and he wants you to kill a better deer. Preferably one of the ones he has be getting pics of.

I can't gauranty u a buck but I'm give you 2 weekends to get a buck.. As long as it's legal u can shoot it but I prefer showing u pics of a few I see that are older deers that need to be taken out.. Which are great bucks!! I do have a few other bucks that are legal but are really young deer..

If u dont see a shooter than I'll will try to work something out with u but it is hunting..

But I see deer almost every hunt.

People out there charge 150-250 a day and u don't see crap.. I'm offer a place where I see a good bit of deer and alot of bucks but I dont want to add another hunter on the lease so Im offering this hunt!!

So is this a guided hunt, like on a high fence operation. I'm not sure how to know where the price break down is? Would I be hunting alone or with you?

So, if you dont see anything, do you still owe $750 or $1000, or what? You get two weekends to hunt, but what if you dont get a shot at a deer, that you want killed.

Basically it is $750 weekend hunt.

So, if you dont see a shooter, it is hunting, and you are still just SOL. Just does not seem right.

Not guided u will be setting in my blind which is heated and Hunting over a feeder..

Pretty simple on the price most likely it will be a $750 hunt.. There is only 2 bigger bucks that ive seen a couple times on cam which those will be $1000.. I'll will show u pics of those also before the hunt..

I tell u what. U pay $750 up front and if u don't shoot a deer then I will either give u back $350 bucks.. Or let u come out next season for a weekend hunt after I harvest my buck..

Guys I've hunted on leases i paid 1200 a gun and didn't even shoot a buck that year..

I know of I didn't have a lease and had a chance to kill a nice buck for $750 I'd be all over it.. Like my new Mexico trip I spent 500 on the trip and didn't see any game but it's hunting!!

Hey bro.. Sounds like you're doing a good deal, but I bet people would be more receptive if they had to pay a daily rate like $200.00 bucks and the balance when they draw blood. Just a thought.. Good luck to you.
