My son lost his duck call on Sunday, he blames it on me of course, and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a new call for him. He was using an Echo call and doing pretty well with it, I was wondering if anyone knows of any new duck calls.

Man. I would buy him the "mini migrators" package from foiles. Its a pretty sweet deal, but only for 14 and under. he gets a hat and a really nice youth call that will fit his mouth and his air better than most adults. People can say what they want about foiles being an ahole and i tend to agree, but for 14.99 you can't beat the deal. I did it for my nephews and for 2 of my cousins. The call is a polycarb legend call which runs 35.00 by itself normally. Its a really good program for young callers. go to http://www.foilesstraitmeat.com

the only negative is then when he wants a new "foiles" acrylic call. you get to shell out the 150.00 for it.

My son is 9 and just learned how to blow a call this summer and sounds pretty good.. He has had his best results with the DC "Brown Sugar".. The smaller opening in the barrel allows him to get on it a little harder and seems to be a little more forgiving.. Looks like JJ might have you hooked up..
