Wow, I realize this is the cycle of life but still made me pissed off. Think I'll go coyote hunting this weekend.

there are only two coyotes? I'm with Billy... I dont see why the buck doesnt ever make an attempt to outrun them. ?? seems wierd he'd stand there and be tormented for that long.

darned sure makes me want to let the air out of a couple more 'yotes this season.

and another reminder why I'd shoot over the back of a nice 8 point to kill a coyote.

Did you finish the video? They took him down and started eating on him right in front of the camera. He was still alive for a while, but most predators don't wait for their prey to die before beginning to feed. There were at least two different coyotes, and they wore him out.

I stopped watching once they had stripped the hide and some meat from his haunches. Very interesting slide show though, thank you Eddie for sharing it!

It is kinda fishy being all in one spot on the camera but I have personally seen one eating on the fawn (still alive and bawling) while the doe tried to run them off as two were trying to get her.
It's kinda cruel. The PETA folks don't have any idea how kind we are compared to mother nature.

i think i will go kill wile e coyote this weekend and feed him to the buzzards... thanks for the video and motivation..

The slide show only showed me about 4 different pics and would just repeat the same four pics, never saw it dead. I highly doutbt a coyote or two or three are going to attack an adult buck anyways, theres just too many other things they can eat without fighting for it.

Must have been sick or wounded...Makes me wanna kill some coyotes too!!
