I can't think of the name of the place right now but I have used a place on the main drive into Sonora from I-10. He is on the left side of the road. He does taxidermy work also. Several of the hunters on our lease use him. He processed my deer two seasons ago and he did a pretty good job. I have a local Houston processor that I now use.

the one in sonora puts all the meet together so u may get someone else's deer (i seen them myself do this i did not leave my deer with them)
