Yeah I know hes an old axis buck. Just one of the biggest bodies Ive gotten pics of. He had a tremendous rack but as most of the bucks they have been busting up there racks quickly this year. Got quite a few running around that are marked but they keep bustin there racks before I can get one. All free range in south Kimble county.

OH AND HE DOES GET A PASS TILL NEXT YEAR, BUT DONT SELL HUNTS FOR THESE GUYS. FAMILY PROPERTY WITH LOW FENCE IN SOUTH KIMBLE. IT SEEMS THAT THERE ALMOST AS MANY AXIS AS THERE ARE WHITETAIL OUT THERE. GOING TO HAVE TO DO SOME MAJOR MANAGEMENT IN THE NEXT FEW YEARS.

I thought it was a cow too.. Can't wait to see a pic when you put him down, because if that is an Axis he'll provide a lot of good eating.
