Yup pretty tired.

Big change from when we arrived to when we left in waterfowl numbers. Big push of birds over the last few days, both ducks and geese. Had a real fun trip honoring a fallen friend, brother, and son.

Shot mixed bags but got our limits every day except one we had to cut short and hit the road, then cleaned it up nicely for our finale shooting our complete 5 man limit of pintails and rounded out with mallards. Spent a day chasing pheasant with new and old friends from the area and though the numbers are down we worked enough fields and stacked a pretty good number.

Wow, nice green! Looks like you had a great trip. I think that might be the best pheasant report/picture I've seen this year from anywhere...

Ya the pheasant are hurting this year. All the cocks we shot were older birds with good spurs and 4/5 the birds we jumped were hens.

Outstanding and thanks for sharing the post. Looks like y'all had fun and obviously did well. I do a little bonus waterfowl hunting when I go up there to hunt pheasant, but I am always telling myself I instead should be up there to hunt waterfowl and pheasant should be the bonus bird.
