I would say right at 130 on score and an on age either 3.5 or 5.5 from this pic. What was his dressed weight?

I shot one almost identical to yours on Friday except yours G2's are a little taller and mine taped 125 2/8 so I would guess around 128-130

If they do processing you should have a weight on your recipe since some charge for processing by weight.

they charge by finished weight cause i got bacon wraped steaks and all kinds of other stuff

Never seen a processor in South Texas that did not charge by dressed weight for processing and then charge for the extras. Buck appears to be fairly large size.

yup this is the best processor its so clean read lots of good reviews on the internet and was told to go there as well. I know for sure my euro mount was $125 and you only put a $50 deposit pay when its ready takes a month
