That is the best deer that has been taken off of our place to date, we have been there for 4 season now, place was pretty much shot out when we got it, just been laying off of the young bucks and killing our does like we should, he is just proof of what you can achieve by letting them grow and poruing on the protien.

That buck is encouraging to see, we are on a lease very close to yours, but have not seen anything substantial yet.
We also have some pretty strict rules, minimum of 16 inches

Awesome Buck!!!
What you really need is a 300 Winchester Magnum. That is the best caliber on the planet, probably even in the solar system and maybe the universe. Go get him! Shoot him in the face!

Not sure I would have shot that deer! He is just too close to 13" to be sure! Hope he met AR's. JK JK talk about wide. I had a deer shot out from under me by a landowner one year. Told everyone that I had seen the widest buck ever and the landowner that we payed $6,000 for the hunting right's to shot the deer and another one. The deer went 25.5" inside and scored 171" as a typical 10pt. needless to say we packed up and never went back. The second deer was one he let his grandson shoot typical 10pt with a forked g2 with a 20" inside spread that went 168"

We also have some pretty strict rules, minimum of 16 inches I hope you got all your neighbors to do it also. Im in centercity and 15" is usually considered a monster. If you dont have your neighbors doing it and your low fence, you wont shoot deer because your neighboors will. Nice wide rack! Your buck of a lifetime?
