Had a few guys back out on me last min. Anybody want to ride with me? if you could throw a little cash in for boat gas. I will take you to a super secret location. PM me if you want to it will be a lake in the DFW area. It is public (i don't want to name a lake I might get banned on this site)
"Can you eat that?"

Boy, the fun never ends around here.
Hey, there is no rule about naming lakes, so name away. Just know your audience, 50% of the members do not agree with that, so expect to catch a little flack, and there is no rule against giving someone flack. So just grow a little think skin first before you start naming lakes, and you should be fine, and if the thread turns into a pissing match, well be fore warned it could get locked.
Btw, below is a pole on how folks feel about naming the where about of ducks, so it is what it is, I can’t change how people feel, this is the make up of the members here.

Sometimes when you name a lake it seems that it becomes extremely crowded shortly after that happens.

The more I think about that poll the more I think that most of the guys...like maybe 90% of the guys that posted saying it was ok to name lakes are not guys that duck hunt on any regular basis...maybe once a year or something...they might be deer hunters, new to duck hunting, etc. For those guys yeah of course they want others to name lakes...but its kind of funny all those people that were ok with it but yet they didnt name any of their spots.
I can only think of one guy that hunts that is ok with lake naming. There might be a few on here but that's what I know of.
Dear Lord please bullwhip me for saying this but I agree, Marcstar is in the lead. Please nobody use this as a quote!!!

Like some others have said...I have no problem with people naming the lakes they hunt...just as long as it's not the lakes I hunt.
Dear Lord please bullwhip me for saying this but I agree, Marcstar is in the lead. Please nobody use this as a quote!!!

Wow! You even named my old hot spots that I got slammed for last year. Should be plenty of water for everyone this season. All these lakes have their merits. Aquilla, Bardwell, Belton, Caddo, Cooper, Fork, Lake O' the Pines, Lavon, Livingston, Navarro Mills, White Oak Creek, Possum Kingdom (trailrace behind the dam), Proctor (onion fields and below the dam), Richland Chambers, Stamford, Tawakoni, Whitney, Wright Patman.
