You don't have to kill them... You could chunk a rock or two at them a couple of times not to hurt them but to let them know they are not welcome, and chances are they will go away.

Probably end up in the hospital for a rabies shot after they bite you

tey have collars, and are too friendly. thats why they wont leave. dont want to shoot them, but the owner wont pen them up or put them in the house.

Get a good bb/pellet gun or paintball gun. The way you are talking about them, Im guessing you are being ffriendly back to them. You have to stop that. Yell at them and tell them to go. Pop them with a pellet or paintball everytime you see them and yell and chase them away. Eventually, they will get thee hint.

then load em up and take em to the pound...when he has to pay to get his dog out a couple times he will try harder to keep em penned.

Me... I'd probably just shoot em, but I'm an arse hole

i'm not friendly to them. they just walk up to you slobbering and wagging their tail, like they want to play. the paintball gun is a good idea.

Paintball gun sounds like a good way to get shot.

Owner sees his dogs come home hit by paintballs a few times, he's gonna come looking for whoever did it.

If the owner wont chain them up or pen them, could you? build a little pen at your camp an lock them up for the weekend until your done hunting. then let them loose when you leave. just do it every time you go hunting

In high school my vocational ag teacher always said, "to live in the country where there are dogs, you had to be a good shot and tight lipped".
"Shoot, Shovel,Silence" all by yourself. No witnesses. You have already told too many people. I realize it sounds cold hearted but some day they may start out play chasing (deer, wildlife, farm animals or even a person) then it can become more than just a game for them. If you have asked the owners to do something and he refuses then it will be your responsibility to take action.

If you they're taken to the pound, typically they Euthanize them before you leave the parking lot.
