My wife is wanting a bow so I thought I would get her one for Christmas. Which ones should I look at?

My wife has been shooting a Mathews DXT for the past 2 years. She is shooting the new Genetix by "New Breed Archery".
The Genetix draws easy, is smooth, and very quite. Check them out on the web.

Mathews DXT, Z7
New Breed Genetix
Victory VForce 1
HellRazor 100
Slick Trick

My GF bought a Diamond Razor Edge and loves it. I was impressed with the smooth draw and quiet release of this bow. She is a beginner and is really stacking her arrows in the kill zone. I thought it was a good buy for her at an affordable price. If she sticks with it and wants to upgrade to the latest greatest thing that's great, but if not them she isn't out that extra $500 difference in price. By the way, she went out on her own and bought this. Guess she figured that's the only way she will see me during hunting season.
