Less than 50 miles east of Dallas near Royce City. 2840 acres. Price includes guide, animal, field dressing, quartering. If you don't get one the first time out you can return until you do get one. Not a commercial hunting operation, this is a private ranch and the owner actually would like to eliminate all the red deer slowly but surely. The hines are primarily 3-8 years old with a few 1 1/2 and 2 year olds. Your choice. $850. Lodging and meals are available for an additional fee and local commercial lodging and food is less than 10 miles away. The owner decided the pricing. I have no personal connection to them. He thinks it is worth the price due to the proximity to Dallas. I did tell him the going prices and that he is somewhat over. It is a great private ranch, a hunt (no shooting over feeders) and a big area 2840 acres. Skin and quarter included. If you do not get one on your first attempt, come back until you do.

"Eliminate" red deer hinds for about a minimum $350+ over the going rate for the animal. No doubt this will be done slowly, but not so surely.
Good luck to the landowner on the sales.
