A friend of mine video taped this buck a few days before I was fortunate enough to harvest both him and his girlfriend. It was an action packed minute of unforgettable hunting excitement. He also had trail cam photos of this buck as well.

Way to go! I have yet to have my vid/cam in the right direction to video my when the oppurtunity arrises but will some day. I always place a trailcam pic of my deer next to them on the wall if I have one. Kind of a before/after thing. Just wish i had been fortunate enough to have my best deer pass by a trail cam befoer he passed by me!!!

Netted out 132" and change. My first P&Y.

We were hunting until 9:00am that morning as a buddy of mine who worked second shift wanted a nap before work. I was texting my buddies to let them know I would sit tight until I heard them drive up on the four wheeler just in case they bumped something when I looked up and saw her sniffing the 69. I was hunting about 200 yds from the truck. I shot her at 17 yards at just before 9:00am, she had stopped to smell a small drop of Tinks 69 I had placed on the end of a small twig.

I had no idea the buck was coming and was busy watching her as she moved up the hill behind me. She was bleeding heavy but the hit was a little further back than I wanted it so I was hoping for a follow up shot.

I heard the leaves rustle and here he was coming on strong, his eyes were on her and he was making a 90 degree turn around my stand at a steady pace. I quickly knocked an arrow and looked ahead for an opening and found one. An 18" gap between two walnut trees about 30 yards from my doe to the east. I drew and held on the opening as he approached a grunted and stopped him. Fortunatley his shoulder and lungs were in the opening so I locked in with my 30 yard pin and let the arrow fly. Smoked him with a solid double lunger. He wheeled around in a 180 and took off, I knew he was mine so back to the doe.
She was still standing to my East behind a cedar tree where I had no shot. In a few minutes she bedded down and things were quiet. I called my buddies and told them of my events. Needless to say my buddies nap was cut short that day.
mustafa I do not sell game cams, I am the Rack Daddy guy.

Thanks for letting me share my story. What a day.
