 East Texas Deer Lease Needed

I am looking for a 200 to 500 acre track of land to lease in East Texas. I would like it to be in Anderson or close surrounding counties(Freestone, Houston, Henderson, etc..). I know this sounds like everyone else on the site. I have a good friend who will be on the lease with me. So 2 full time hunters with family (spouse and kids) allowed to hunt also. I have been hunting since I was 5 years old and so has my friend. I looking for someone who is interested in leasing long term. We are respectful folk who will take care of your place. I have a 13 year old son. My friend has 2 daughters, the oldest is 13 and the youngest is 7. All of our children are hunters. Thank you for your time.
