I was just curious if it is just me. On my lease in Sutton County I just have not seen any does. I have seen as many as 23 bucks at my feeder at one time and not 1 doe. What's the deal? I have never seen it like that down there. I bow hunted last weekend with plans to shoot at least 1 doe and the only one I saw was a doe fawn and even she did not come to the feeder. Where the heck are all the ladies?

Bucks in batchelor groups will dominate a feeder and the does won't come to it while they're on it. Pretty typical WT behavior.

My last lease was like that. All you ever saw was bucks with the occasional doe. It looked like we 5 bucks to every doe. Chopper survey proved otherwise though. It showed we had 1.5 does to every buck.
We hammered the does pretty hard and because the of the buck numbers they seldom had a chance to go to feeders. If they showed up they got dogged relentlessly by the young bucks and left, usually sooner than later.
I think if you're seeing that many bucks then you've probably got a decent ratio working for you.

I don't mind every deer I see being a buck but it just made me a little nervous about what is going on there. I have never seen this before on this place. There are usually tons of does running everywhere but this year they are non-existent. Bucks everywhere though.

So far it seems pretty even from what ive seen over all. Dont care what shows up this weekend. Just want my little man to see some deer and hopefully get lucky enough to bust one.

Same thing at my place. Pretty typical for us but we haven't been able to find them in the open country like other years.

I probably saw 20 deer a couple of weeks ago and I'd guess 15 of them were bucks. Have seen way fewer this year and my place is basically a nursery. I guess they might have moved in search of food or something. Hope they didn't die while nursing.

I always have more bucks than does, although our ratio is looking pretty good right now. Saw several does tonight

all I'm seeing in the daylight hours is does, I been seeing bucks at night while hog hunting though, hoping this cold front pushes them to the daylight for a few days. I'd like to get one with my bow.

Tuesday morning, had five under my feeder until I shot one. I then checked the camera on my other feeder about 600 yards on the other side of the creek, and there were seven does under it at the same time I was looking at the other does.

Can't tell you what is happening at your place, I would however caution you to not draw conclusion based solely on what you see. That is what got the folks on the Titanic in trouble.
