3 - 3 shot groups @ 100, all 3 were the same. Off sandbags.   3 - 3 shot groups @ 300, this was the best of the 3, other 2 were a little worse. Off sand bags.   Rem 700 LTR .308 - Leupold VX7 2.5~10 X 45 Federal premium 165gr Sierra game king. Fairly windy today. My hand loads do a little better. Need to get the 7-08 sorted out then I'm ready.

I shot today as well.. not as good but I was only off a bi-pod but did get a 1'' 10 shot group with my hunting load .308 150g gameking

Thanks guys.  I can't get it to shoot any 150's to my standards, factory or hand loads. With 1:12 twist I sure thought I'd be able to. I bought it to shoot 165's ~ 180's so I'm not too disappointed. Bobo, Glad to hear it. ps. change the oil.

ltr or 5r is the only way to roll... mine both love 165 grn pills
