I am in the market for a new high-end duck call. I have a little experience but am no expert. I really want to master the feeding call. I hunt mainly open water but occasionally hunt timber. I am leaning towards the RNT Daisy Cutter El Diablo... seems to be a pretty versatile call that can be used for many situations. I was wondering if anyone had some opinions. I really like the look and feel of the Zinks, but they seem to be more of a goose call maker. My buddy has a Foiles Straight Meat "I think", he likes it alot but it seems a little loud and overpowering to me? Any help is appreciated

I use an Echo call and love it. When someone is looking for something specific I usually recommend that they go to one of the large retail stores and test blow the calls. That way when you invest the kind of money a Daisy Cutter will cost you will be confident it’s the right one.

If you're fairly new to it, I'd suggest a double reed.
Echo Meat Hanger Echo DRT
Either one will do the trick for ya.

The new line of Killer Kallz are very easy to blow. Easiest call I've ever blown, actually. I carry 3 different models to choose from. The easiest to blow is the Exorcist. It's an acrylic barrel with polycarbonate tone board. It retails for $70. If you don't like it, I'll buy it back from you for full price, minus shipping.
