how do you delete internal memory?

Turn the game camera off. Remove the SD memory card from the slot (if there is one in it). Turn the camera back on. Go through setup options. Near the end of the setup options, there is an option to erase images. Select it (choose "yes). After completion of this step, turn the game camera off. Place SD memory card back in its slot. alright thanks, i have tried it atleast 10 times still says i have to delete internal memory and i just did those exact steps

It says you have to delete internal memory every time it starts up, regardless if you have images on it or not.
