As was promised, here are some stills from some more memorable hunts. All the pics are from footage that is yet to be seen by the public. We have been very busy lately and have some stuff in store that everyone will enjoy on this upcoming season of Carnivore. There will be some really wild footage and these pics will give everyone an idea of what is to come.

This cat tried to get in the back of the truck with us.

He probably would have if he could have found it! He was having a difficult time seeing for some reason.

This big ole tom charged in there like he owned the place!

This coyote proves that even some of the most educated coyotes will come to the call on the rite night. The area we were in has to be one of the most over hunted areas in the entire county, but they were on their feet and hunt'n on this particular night.

Big male at 25 yards. You can't ask them to do any more than come in and pose for the camera like this one did.

West Texas Bobcat at 8 yards

This bobcat crossed a wide open field about 300 yards until we took him at 23 steps.

A few more cats that put on a show.

Should be a year to remember!

I guess i just dont understand the secrecy but oh well. If they dont want to show then thats their right. I didnt understand why it was talked about every 5 minutes of their show if they werent going to show it anyway...

The reason it was talked about on the show so much is that the producer of the show(who has been in the industry for 20+ years) was (in his own words) blown away by the quality of the footage. Of course Chris and myself don't want to show anyone, but who would?

For the average night hunter we are using an EXTREME OVERKILL of light, and we only do so to get the best quality footage possible for the viewer.

On another forum a guy made a comment about wanting to see the set-up because he was trying to film at night and it would benifit him. Needless to say I bet that even if it wouldn't have been talked about, and it won't on the season 2, people would still have asked to see it.

I hope yall enjoy the footage regardless seeing as that is all Chris and I have any control over! Take care, Jared

I guess im just looking at from the average night hunter point of view instead of the business side of it. Either way, it is a nice set up and I enjoy the show and the video stills yall post.

I take no offense to any comments that are made. We film our hunts because we truly enjoy it. If our footage never aired on tv or dvd again we would still film every hunt. This is a true passion, and believe me, we are not getting rich! We really do appreciate all of the comments about the footage, It is a true blessing to be in this position, because I really do understand how lucky we are! If anyone ever sees us at the shows or predator hunts be sure to come up and talk to us to let us know we're still being watched! I believe we are planning to be at a few tournaments this year to check out the action.(I doubt we will enter them seeing as how we film every hunt and tournaments are strictly business) Thanks again! Jared

Jared couldn't have said it any better. We do what we do because we love it! Truth be told, money has no bearing whatsoever when it comes to our footage or what we do.

pigplinker, not all of there footage was shot this year. Believe it or not, there are a few places here close to the house that are as green as green can be still, even with the drought. Some of the footage we got last friday night was shot in a field that looked like early spring. It just depends on what type of foliage we were hunting. Green, Brown, dead or alive, it really don't matter to us! If they want to come to the truck, it's fair game!

Take care. Chris
