Much has been made about the trespasser that is "only out to feed the family, just as much right as anyone else, yada yada. While out walking our place in Bowie this morning my son stumbled upon this scene. No one in it but had obviously just been there. He had to go a ways to get to where this is, I doubt Kieth Stone would approve. GW and Sheriff have been called.

But he can buy Marlboro reds, I was expecting Basics maybe. On a side note, he locked his stand to my tree! I put one of my clamshell locks on it, I sure would like to see his face trying to figure that one out.

You have fingerprints and dna on those cans and any cigarette butts on the ground. Hope you get him. I am 99% sure I know who it is. I caught him prowling around earlier this summer. The GW and Sherriff are familiar with him too. If nothing else he lost a blind.

Well with that stand height at least he did not have very far to fall after 9 beers. Bad in that is POS would probably to try file a lawsuit against you if he did fall.

Man, I would be pissed. I don't own land in Texas and anytime I have been invited somewhere to hunt I am crazy about cleaning up around me. I wouldn't have left the stand, would have just figured it was a new kind of fruit the tree was growing!

I would put a couple of cameras on it, just in case he tries to take that one with him when he leaves.
Other notes:
He drinks crap beer, but drinks it well.
He is obviously scared of heights. I have chairs that tall.
He smokes reds, so you could probably beat him in a foot race.
I would take the stand as payment for litter clean-up fee.
When you find him, offer to shoot him in the nads with a paintball gun 20 times in exchange for pressing charges.
