Walmart has $0.10 per gallon off if you use their card through September 31st at participating Murray stations. Last night I filled up for $2.849 a gallon after the .10 discount here in Wichita Falls. $2.949 without the card, which is still nice just to see it under 3 bucks for a change.

Problem is, it is not dropping due to supply and demand, it is dropping because our economy sucks! I'd be happy paying 3.50 if it meant everyone was making money again, homes were being built, and sold.
