Anybody been around Junction? Wanting to know if the rut is in full swing yet? Leaving Wednesday morning to head out there. Heard some reports of some chasing.

not really in full swing, it seems like its kicking off tho, startin to chase, bucks gettin more aggresive....i was down there in junction from friday till yesterday huntin, im hopin itll kick into full swing soon....

im in tom green county could you give me alittle info about the area are there any hogs exotics. when is the rut. was there any problems with the deer population past years/

It's getting close. I was watching a buck rubbing around on tree leaves about two weeks ago. I then saw a doe messing around with the same tree.
