if you're out near College Station check out the Hullabaloo Diner. we just happened to stumble upon this little gem a few years back. i was in town visiting my Aggie and we needed to get breakfast so i started googling and found an address on google maps out in the middle of nowhere. off we went on an adventure... i kid you not, 5 minutes after we walked in and were seated there was a 45 min wait. talk about lucky first timers. breakfast was delicious... and it's just such a cool little spot. http://www.hullabaloodiner.com/
