Check with Scott at this site. Good To Go Ammo You'll have to ask about it because he has a no compete deal with his brass supplier and isn't allowed to advertise it on his site but it's very good ammo at good prices and he's local to boot. He should be turning out some hunting ammo by now loaded with 120 gr. SST's. Good stuff with excellent accuracy and performance.

I, too, will be getting some 120 SST's from Scott. I'd also recommend 85gr TSX & 95gr TTSX. Been doing a lot of reading and any of these 3 will do the job very well in taking hogs/deer.

The Hornady BTHP's are the most accurate ammo I've shot so far, but I haven't tried the SST.

i want to try out those 120 SST's as well! i've kinda been bouncing around. the hornady 110 v-max shoot well in my rifle, and i took a 175lb hog at 400+yards and a axis spike at 80 yards in the past two weeks. but i did retrieve pieces of the bullets from both, neither were complete pass thru, bullets both found just under skin on exiting side. the hog i understand being such a long shot. i guess those axis are just some tough critters.

Been using the 68 for about 5 years Tried about every hyper out there The 95ttsx is the ideal bullet The only company loading it to its potential is Wilson Combat If you have a spec II chamber and 1 in 11 twist

How 'bout getting us poor folks a little inside discount??????? ;-)

Ouch Didn't realize they were that much Damned, all factory ammo is freaking expensive these days
Truthfully. I have killed deer and hogs with all of the barnes bullets and they have all done the same job, put a nice hole clean through em
if I was primarily hunting deer I would go with SSAs 110 prohunter or Accubond
Only shot one deer with an Accubond, past year at 275 yards, ean through both shoulders.

I shoot the SSA, with 110 grain accubonds. 4 shots, 4 deer, Dead Right There! They are phenomenal. I reload, but why on this round?!?! They are <1 minute of angle in my Model 1 upper. Killed pigs with it as well. Neck shots, or quartering away didn't matter! DRT! If you have the SPEC II chamber, you can shoot their tactical loads! (Hotter, and faster!!!)
Hasn't failed me yet.
