Woody's in Centerville is pretty good for a quick bbq plate or sandwich.

Fairfield has Sam's Cafe for good homestyle food buffet style. It is good but pretty pricey. Gilberto's Mexican restaurant is also good in fairfield.

I live in Corsicana. Right on the interstate there are the usual choices like Chili's,Denny's etc.(Gander Mountain is right there too if you want to do some quick shopping.)On into town about 3-4 miles west on Hwy 31 is my favorite-Old Mexican Inn. There are several choinces as you move west on 31.

When we go to Corsicana and visit my wife's family, we usually stop by OMI.
Pretty good Mexican food.

Glad you liked it! OMI is like a second home to my family.

Skip "Texas Burger" I was so hungry and excited.

It's a worthless crap burger.

There is an awesome steak place in Leona, may only be open for dinner though.

Also, Woody's in Centerville is good.
