New Lease 800 acres in Archer county (2hrs north of Ft Worth) looking for 5 or 6 hunters (will consider more if you have a larger party) leasing 5 guns at 1250 per gun, or 6 guns at 1150 per gun... there is water on this property although with the drought all tanks are low currently. This property is surrounded by 1200 acres of wheat and thick mesquite brush for cover... the deer use this property as a main pathway to the wheat fields.
At this price this property will not last long, landowner already has groups coming out today and tomorrow to look at the property. Prefer to lease to full parties but will consider individuals. Please PM with questions.

Where at in Archer county? Please give cross roads so I can try and look it up on google maps. I may be interested in leasing it for myself and family, me wife and I daughter.

Archer County is located towards Wichita Falls, Windthorst. only 1 county lies between it and Oklahoma.
