Guys,
I am most likely going to purchase a new Hoyt bow this weekend, probably a Maxxis 31. What are your opinions on this bow?

Great bow. Smooth, quiet, and has a little speed.

If that is what you want, get it.
Kind of like your friends, "This girl is super nice, super hot and she likes me. Should I ask her out on a date?"

They are a great bow!! If you are a Hoyt guy, I would definitely try out the Hoyt CRX line as well they are pretty good shooting bows, and if money is no object at all Try the Carbon Element by Hoyt. Its all about what the bow feels like to you!! Just go to the pro shope and spend a couple of hours shooting all the bows they have, Thats what I did the other day and I ended up with a bow I have never seen or heard of before until then, I got the High Country Speed Pro X10, awesome bow!!

I love mine. I wish I would have also shot the Bowtech bows as well, but I had my mind made up on the Maxxis before I walked in. I had already shot a buddy of mines. Try out the all the bows and go with what feels best to you.

I bought my Maxxis 35 last year. Love it! Smooth and is as good as the shooter. Good luck.

My dad bought the Maxxis and I bought the Invasion, and I shot bot a lot. My choice out of everything on the market. Invasion 1st, Maxxis next. Both awesome the Maxxis is just a little wobbly, not as well balance as the Stocky Invasion

Went with the new Hoyt CRX 32! Shot a bunch today and it is pretty sweet...thanks to all! John at Native Outdoors near Rockwall, TX was extremely helpful and even stayed after hours to help me get it sighted in and I am already shooting much better that with my previous rig. If you are in the market for a new bow be sure to check out them out. www.nativeoutdoors.com.

Hoyt makes a great bow. I my old High Country Safari is my favorite that I have shot, but as said above shoot as many as you can before you buy cause you might find one you like better that's cheaper, or something you would have never even known of.
