What’s a good Mineral Lick to use? I hunt in Jack County I am looking for a little something extra to put in or around my feeder pin, to help draw some more deer in. Any suggestions?

I have another THF hunter that goes by Chris25 who is using my minerals in Jack County with some great bucks coming in on it. Take a view of the pics at www.myrackdaddy.com

Also I see you are in Azle, my son who lives in Saginaw could do a face to face with you.

Do you have any more deer to draw in? In a dry year like this one I would think if they are anywhere close they would be after corn. Add an extra feed time or two during the day. Alfalfa would be my next choice since it is something green when there is nothing and they can smell it from a long ways away. My experience with minerals is that they are not something that a deer will use everyday of the year.

X's 2. I have mineral at my feeder and have seen only a couple fawns on cam checking it out. I have a block and pourable out. I have had Alfalfa out for 2 month and finally the bucks are eating it this week, took awhile and almost gave up on it.

Trophy Rock has the trace minerals that deer need.
