Made this yesterday and it was awesome.

Nilgai Roast
1 package of dry brown gravy mix
1 package of dry onion soup mix
1 package of dry ranch dressing mix
1 package of dry italian dressing mix
Salt and Pepper
Carrots
Onions
Potatoes
1/2 cup of water

Place carrots, cut up onions, and small potatoes in the bottom of the crock pot. Put the roast in on top of vegetables. Mix dry mixes in a bowl and sprinkle over the roast. Pour water around the roast. Cook on low for about 8 hours. Hard to believe that half a cup of water will be enough but it is. Try it out and let me know what you guys think.

You should have been here yesterday!
