 Broad head weight question.

If I’m shooting a crossbow what weight broad head should I be shooting? 75, 100, or 125. Years and years ago when I shot a bow I always shot 125 but I’m not sure what I should be shooting now.
If you keep your hair short and your mouth shut, things tend to run a lot smoother.
