Need recipe for Red Stag Deer steaks

Please! My girl friend was just given Red Stag deer steaks and I have no idea how to cook them and have had terrible experiences trying to cook deer in the past. I can follow a recipe though!

I just wrapped my tenderloins in bacon, added a little cerole and few other seasonings and grill med rare to rare... Also keep butter on them

I marinate all deer steaks in the following:
Copped fresh rosemary chopped fresh garlic freshly ground black pepper olive oil juice of one lemon salt to taste
marinate overnight and grill to medium rare over a hot mesquite fire. Sometimes I substitute mint for the rosemary. Either one will tone the gamiest of meats.

soak in buttermilk and onions for 2 days then fry it up!!!!

Beat flat, soak about 4 hours in milk or buttermilk, flour, and fry. Fry it until you see the 1st sign of blood starting to come out then flip and fry for about one more minute.

Hot cast iron skillet, some real butter, a little salt and pepper and about 3 minutes on each side.... Better than ribeye!!!
