It's that time of year when Hatch chili hits the market in Texas. Hatch is similar to Anaheim pepper with a kick to it. So if you need your sweat glands cleaned out, now you can get your fix. 3 day sale, tom thumb, .50/lb. later S. Albertsons will have it and can roast it usually. This in DFW area. Had good old breakfast burrito for lunch..

Come on ice cream...
