Tell it as you would wish for it to be.
Mine would be an elk and mule deer hunt either in Colorado or Montana. Spike camp on a mountain surrounded by elk buggeling. Hopefully I'll get to do that within the next few years.
But what's yours.

Probably an Upland/fowl bird hunting road trip. One/two weeks, mulitple states (montana, wyoming, s.d., kansas), and multiple species.

OR Throwback Elk hunt. Horseback, no magnified optic, lever action. And of course a throwback cartridge...30wcf or 35rem (or maybe a 45/70).

A moose hunt would be great. If my health was better then I would like to go hunt bears. Musk ox hunting would be great but way too cold.

I'm thinking a combination hunt for elk, bear, and mountain lion maybe up in Colorado or New Mexico. That would be at the top of my list. Moose or Caribou are a close second though.

You should have been here yesterday!

Greater Kudu or Marco Polo Sheep would get my vote.

I've hunted Elk for the better part of 30 years and I would not take a million dollars for my memories. I'd love to try an African Safari for Sable,Kudu,Waterbuck and Eland. Later Baker

Hunting for a world or royal slam for turkey in one season. Way too dang expensive, so I guess I would settle for a west Texas jackalope hunt. If it were just one hunt, then I would say a trophy Whitetail hunt along Montana's Milk River, in the golden triangle of Illinois, or south Texas.

I'd like to go back to Africa and take a Cape Buff Bull, spot and stalk, using a classic double rifle.

I'd like to drink beer, and hunt 400lb hogs with a ball peen hammer barefoot in the snow.

"Hunt" and "Harvest" has become skewed. rock_on

Given my current location - Somewhere back home in Texas with some close friends hunting deer without having to worry about IED's.

To simple?

Back from Afghanistan and looking to catch up on the hunting I missed.

I think for me it is a 3-way tie....

1. 28 day safari in the Selous Game Reserve in Tanzania (Big 4 and plains game)
1. A HUGE Red Stag (400"+) in New Zealand
1. Alaskan Moose/Kodiak Island Brown Bear combo hunt
