If I have a deer lease in Sommerville county which is an AR county, And I have a lease in Foard county. Can I shoot a legal buck in each county?

My understanding is yes. Antler restrictions are county by county. oh, and shooting a can't be illegal. Couldn't resist.

My only question in the matter is that Foard county is not an AR county. So I wondered if that changed anything.

My only question in the matter is that Foard county is not an AR county. So I wondered if that changed anything. You got 3 buck tags on your license..You can kill 3 different bucks in 3 different counties. If your county is only allowed one buck you can go to another county and kill another the only thing you cant do is kill 2 bucks if your place is on 2 different counties you tag your deer as what the ranch is addressed under in witch county..Chime in if im wrong but thats the way I have been told by local GW

Several years ago they changed that regulation. The mailing address of the property now has absolutely nothing to do with it. It is totally dependent on where the deer was killed. Shoot one in one buck County X, turn around and walk 10 feet across the county line into one buck County Y and shoot another one. Been that way for 4 or 5 years. How do I know? On one of the ranches I hunt there's 3000 acres in one county and 4000 acres in another. Both are one buck counties, but we can legally take two bucks as long as they come from opposite sides of the ranch.
Silver spurs and gold tequila keep me hanging on. Pretty girls and old cantinas give me shelter from the storm.
