Bow season is only a couple months away. You gotta have the right equipment so i wanna know what kind of bow you use.

I'm still shooting a Matthews Legacy with a (can't remember the brand) shoot through rest, x ring stabilizer, and a copper john 5 pin sight. I did upgrade to carbon arrows a few years ago, LOL. I may actually have a couple of pretty good places to bowhunt this year for whitetails and a mulie hunt lined up around Alpine. Needless to say, I'm pumped!

Mathews Z7.

BTW - DEER season is only a couple of months away - but it is ALWAYS hunting season! My two boys and I stuck 6 hogs this past weekend in Baylor County. We almost burned up, but the hogs are definitely moving even in the hot weather.

We hung tree stands over the past few days both in Baylor County and here at home north of Longview. The heat did almost kill me the last couple of days doing that. I still have two more stands to hang and I am dreading it.

Bowtech Destroyer 340. I think I've about worn this thing out I've shot it so much. rofl Been shooting about 2 dozen arrows every night at the house (20-40 yards) then going to the 3D range on the weekends and shooting the 30 3-D course (25-42yards), and then backing off on a few targets and shooting 30+ times from (40-60).

Leave Aug. 24th for my Colorado elk hunt and then Sept. 9th for my New Mexico hunt. I'm more than ready!!!!!!!!

Brayden (Lazy L's Southern Comfort) you will be missed! You were more than a pet you were my reason to rise and return for many days! You were my rock!

Beamon MFX
Rage 2 Blade/Slick Tricks thru netting

I want the new Invasion BAD but the Ice, Ice Baby is a great bow and definitely puts the sticks where I'm aiming so I guess I'll just keep that change in my pocket for a little while longer. up

Be sure to let me know how that 1,000 lb turkey hunt goes Russ! grin
