Just looking for some info on hunting in the rocksprings area. Heading down Thursday to look at some land and wanted to get some outsiders information not just the broker trying to sell me on it.

The developer is willing to drill us two water wells on the 200 acre plot so we will definately have a few water holes to pull the animals in.

How is the soil composition? Rocky from the top to bottom or is there a few inches of dirt before you hit the rock?
