so if i get two lower at one time... im in the clear right?
i dont like all this junk I am gonna call my ATF contact in the morning. I doubt lowers will count though, they are logged out as receiver not rifles. Not a rifle, but will know tomorrow. A guy from our last stripped lowers group buy purchased 11 stripped lowers. He came home to a business card stuck in his door from the ATF Northwest Trafficking Division. I would not be the least bit surprised to find they consider lowers in this EO.

I am debating contacting him yet. None of us FFL's have been contacted yet. NRA is filing suit, kinda want to wait and see. I have an awesome relationship with him, but want to see what they tell us first.

Your FFL may of had an inspection from them near that same time, or this guy was already under investigation. Because even without a CHL, NICS doesn't ask how many your buying. Edit: The more I think about it. I bet this guy was under investigation already and when his NICS came up they acted on it. Just a theory.

Big Brother is watching!!! You're right. In this environment we are in, you can't take chances with them. I am lucky and my ATF contact will answer my questions day or night, no matter how dumb my questions are.
